Azerbaijan Victory Day in Netherlands
EUReflect had the pleasure of attending the vibrant concert “My Azerbaijan – Rhythms of the Land of Fire”, organized by the Embassy of the Republic of Azerbaijan to the Kingdom of the Netherlands on the occasion of Victory Day and the Year of the Constitution and Sovereignty.
In his opening remarks, H.E. Ambassador Mammad Ahmadzada emphasized that Azerbaijan’s restored territorial integrity marks a new era of prosperity and coexistence, celebrating unity through art and culture. The evening highlighted Azerbaijan’s rich musical and dance traditions — a reflection of the vitality, spirit, and cultural depth of its people.
The event also served as a bridge of friendship between Azerbaijan and the Netherlands, featuring performances by Azerbaijani artists based in Europe and guest musicians from Baku. Among the distinguished guests were diplomats from Türkiye, Kazakhstan, and other nations, underlining the shared cultural and regional bonds that connect the Turkic world and its partners.
A heartfelt congratulations to Ambassador Ahmadzada and the Azerbaijani community in the Netherlands for a truly inspiring evening celebrating art, sovereignty, and friendship.
