Indonesian Ambassador Strengthens Ties with Turkmenistan in Islamabad
In Islamabad, Indonesia’s new Ambassador Chandra Warsenanto Sukojo paid a courtesy visit to Turkmenistan’s Embassy, where he met Ambassador Atajan Movlamov to discuss strengthening Turkmen–Indonesian cooperation in trade, energy, transport, and investment.
Islamabad, The Gulf Observer: The newly appointed Ambassador of the Republic of Indonesia to Pakistan, Chandra Warsenanto Sukojo, paid a courtesy visit to the Embassy of Turkmenistan in Islamabad, marking a gesture of diplomatic goodwill and mutual commitment to enhancing bilateral ties.
Ambassador of Turkmenistan, Atajan Movlamov, warmly welcomed Ambassador Sukojo and extended his congratulations on the commencement of his diplomatic mission in Pakistan. He also wished him success in his new role and expressed hope for continued strengthening of Indonesia–Pakistan relations through productive collaboration with Turkmenistan.
During the meeting, both envoys engaged in a comprehensive exchange of views regarding the development of Turkmen-Indonesian cooperation. They highlighted significant potential for collaboration in key areas such as trade, investment, energy, transport, and logistics.
Special emphasis was placed on exploring the establishment of direct contacts between business communities in the two countries. The ambassadors discussed prospects for joint projects, enhancing economic connectivity, and increasing the volume of bilateral trade.
In conclusion, both sides reaffirmed their shared interest in deepening bilateral relations and expressed readiness to maintain a regular and constructive diplomatic dialogue.
