Symposium Held on the 106th Anniversary of the National Pact

On the 106th anniversary of the adoption of the Misak-ı Milli (National Pact), the foundational document defining the political boundaries of the new Türkiye after the First World War, a comprehensive symposium titled“Looking from Misak-ı Milli to the Present on its 106th Anniversary” was organized. Hosted by the Istanbul University Institute of Atatürk's Principles and Reforms History, this academic gathering addressed the spirit of the National Struggle through scientific discipline, evaluating historical truths on a foundation based on documentation. The symposium took place onJanuary 28, 2026, at theIstanbul University Faculty of Letters.
