The Constitution – a Guarantee of Stability and Development

Associate Professor Oqiliddin Alimov of TDSHU actively participated in the national scientific-practical conference titled “The Constitution – a Guarantee of Stability and Development”, held at the Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan. He delivered a comprehensive and academically rigorous presentation entitled“The Constitution of the Republic of Uzbekistan as a Reliable Guarantee of a Peace-Loving and Friendly Foreign Policy.”

In his presentation, Dr. Alimov offered an in-depth analytical assessment of several core themes, including state sovereignty, the conceptual framework of Uzbekistan’s foreign policy, and the constitutional foundations for safeguarding national interests within the system of international relations.

He emphasized that the Constitution of the Republic of Uzbekistan establishes key principles guiding the country’s external affairs—commitment to peace, cooperation based on mutual respect, adherence to international law, and the promotion of regional stability. Dr. Alimov underscored that these principles form a robust legal basis for the nation’s diplomatic engagement and play a decisive role in shaping Uzbekistan’s open, pragmatic, and constructive foreign policy amid contemporary geopolitical dynamics.
