EUReflect Attended Policy Dialogue Marking Four Years of Russia’s War on Ukraine
Brussels, 24 February 2026 — EUReflect attended a policy dialogue in Brussels marking four years since the beginning of Russia’s full-scale war against Ukraine. The discussion, titled “Four Years of Russia's War on Ukraine: Reinforcing European Support for Ukraine's Victory,” gathered policymakers, analysts, diplomats, and representatives of civil society to reflect on the ongoing conflict and the future of European support for Ukraine.
